The fastest-growing pet TikTok in the sample is @lynnmarie1319’s “No lovins on Mr. Cooper!!!” at 636K views a day (1.2M views in 2 days). The median video gets 39K views a day, so the leader is running at about 16× the typical pace. 8 of the top 19 run 15–30 seconds; the median length is 28 seconds. 14 of 19 use original audio or a voiceover instead of a named track, and no track appears in more than one video — videos without a named track account for 76% of the sample’s views. Beyond the hashtags we search by, the most common tag is #catlover (5 videos).
How to use this page: start with the #cat theme below and open three of the examples. Note what happens in the first second, how long the video runs and whether the sound is a track or a voiceover, then film your own version in your setting, with your angle. Aim for 15–30 seconds, the most common length among the leaders. A voiceover or live sound is a safe default here: 74% of these videos use no named track.
What the top pet TikToks have in common, grouped by the hashtags and calls to action they share. Each theme spans at least two creators and includes a video growing faster than the sample’s median. The hashtags we use to find videos are left out, because every video has them.
19 of 19 videos, fastest-growing first. Each card links to the original post on TikTok.
5 of the 19 videos use a named track; 14 use original audio or a voiceover. No track appears in more than one video, so treat these as sounds that worked once rather than a trend. Sorted by the combined views of the videos that used each sound; 2 tracks used once by a video growing slower than the median (39K views a day) are left out.

Tags that appear on at least two of the 19 videos, with how many videos used each and their average views.
How to pick: pair one or two broad tags people already browse, such as #catsoftiktok and #catlover, with two or three that name your exact format or topic. In this sample some of the best-performing narrower tags were #funnycats (3 videos, 1.8M average views), #dancingdog (3 videos, 1.4M average views), #funnyanimals (3 videos, 677K average views). The TikToks here used a median of 5 hashtags. Generic tags like #fyp or #viral are left out: they say nothing about the topic. Tags marked “search tag” are the ones we use to find videos, so their counts are inflated by how we sample.
